Return Policy

Product can be returned to Skyline Engineering for replacement, repair, or credit within 30 days of the delivery date. If the item is defective, it will be replaced at no charge.  End user damage to any product voids all warranties. 

Non-Defective items being returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling charges for returned items is not refundable.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for items being sent back for replacement or credit.

All returns must include the following:

Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

E-mail Returns@skyline-eng.com to receive your RMA #.  Include your order number in the subject line.

Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Also include a note stating the reason for return.
