Returns and Warranty Policy

All returns must include an RMA# and reason for return. Please contact us at sales@skyline-eng.com for your RMA#.

Products can be returned to Skyline Engineering for replacement, repair, or credit within 30 days of the delivery date. If the item is defective, it will be replaced at no charge. End user damage to any product voids all warranties.

Skyline Engineering is not responsible for lost or damaged items shipped to us. If damage occurs in shipping from poor shipping containers, the cost of replacement parts is the customer's responsibility. 

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for items being sent back for replacement or credit. Shipping and handling charges for returned items is not refundable.  A 15% restocking fee is deducted from all returned items.
