Returns Policy

Products can be returned for replacement, repair, or credit within 30 days of the delivery date. If the item is defective, it will be replaced at no charge. End user damage to any product voids all warranties. Items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns must include an RMA#. To obtain your RMA# contact us at sales@skyline-eng.com.

After your returned item is received, you should expect to receive your refund within 2 business days. 

Skyline Engineering, Inc. is not responsible for return items lost or damaged during shipment.  If damage occurs in shipping from poor shipping containers, the cost of replacement is the customer's responsibility.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges for returned items are non-refundable.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
